Focus Flow (“the App”) is designed with privacy as a core principle. We believe your work and your schedule are your own.

The App does not collect, transmit, or store any personally identifiable information (PII). We do not have access to your tasks, your schedule, or your usage habits.

2. Data Storage

All data generated by the App (including tasks, timelines, and completion history) is stored locally on your device.

• No Cloud Sync: Your data is never uploaded to any external server or cloud database.
• No Accounts: You do not need to create an account or log in to use the App.

3. Third-Party Services

The App does not use any third-party analytics services (such as Google Analytics, Firebase, or Mixpanel) to track user behavior. The App functions entirely offline.

4. Data Deletion

Since all data is stored locally on your device, simply deleting the App from your device will permanently remove all associated data. We do not hold any copy of your data to delete on our end.
